About the project
I set up a Synology NAS at home to host my own media streaming service, instead of relying on third-party subscription platforms.
Jellyfin serves the movie and series library to every device in the house (TV, computer, phone), with metadata, posters and watch progress synced across devices.
An automated download pipeline handles the rest: new content is fetched, sorted and added to the library without any manual step, so it is ready to watch in Jellyfin.
